Through internal communication channels, the company promptly communicates possible changes in processes necessary to perform a service, customer requirements, associated impacts, routine and non-routine activities, access to workplaces, human behavior, capabilities and other factors. Likewise, it assesses and identifies the dangers originated in the workplaces by activities related to the works, and obliges the use of infrastructures, equipment and materials necessary for the worker’s safety, communicating any legal or normative change in this respect.
