In order to report breaches of our policies, code of conduct, procedures or values, we make this communication channel available to staff and third parties associated with us, so that they may bring to our attention any information regarding a possible legal or ethical breach by GRUPO DIAL staff and/or others involved in the course of our professional activities.

In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (on the protection and processing of personal data), we hereby inform you of how we process your data; further details can be found in our Legal Notice (section 5, Privacy and Protection of Personal Data). You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, to request its erasure when, amongst other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, you may request that the processing of your data be restricted, in which case we will only retain it for the purpose of establishing or defending legal claims. Where technically feasible, you may request that your data be transferred to another data controller. Retention: The personal data collected here will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, although we may need to retain certain information for a longer period if permitted or required by applicable laws. Even if we delete your personal data, it may continue to exist on archive or backup media for a further period for legal, tax or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.
